Practical English – Taking your English from good to great !

“Practical English” is an English language course designed for executives of multinational companies involved in dealing with international clients.

It is “Practical” because it gives all the necessary linguistic skills you need for effective communication with your English-speaking national and international business partners. It will also enable you to use the language confidently and accurately in your daily routines. Though the course provides a solid grammatical background, it avoids grammatical jargon and confusing grammatical explanations.

The course also has specific modules for businesses like Travel and Tourism, Banking, Imports & Exports, E-commerce, HRM, Air Ticketing, Hospitality Management, etc.

Salient Features:

Every topic has four sections: (1) Topic Explanation (2) Video Presentation (3) Group Discussion (4) Exercises. Some topics also have Read Aloud and Speaking Practice sections.

“Topic Explanation” explains the topic, ‘Video Presentation’ provides a deeper understanding of the topic. It also gives an opportunity to listen to the language experts – mostly native speakers. In ‘Group Discussion’ the participants are encouraged to discuss the topic among themselves. The final section contains extensive exercises and practice sessions to enforce the concept, so the participants gain complete confidence in using it.

Each participant will receive a list of topics on their smartphones before the start of the session so they will have an idea of what they will be learning on that day. At the end of the session, important slides of the presentation and videos will be sent to each of the participants for them to keep a record of each day’s learning.
